Cash Advances - Payment for services not provided by funeral home, these services include: all cemetery charges, flowers, and death certificates, airline charges, funeral programs, newspaper notices, minister fees, musician fees and transfer charges from other funeral homes. The method of payment for these services include: personal checks (if applicable), cashiers check or cash. Insurance assignments, personal checks and payment by credit card are accepted only at selected cemeteries. |
| Transfer of deceased to funeral home, refrigeration, preparation of deceased for identification, basic services of funeral director and staff, consultation with family, securing and recording vital statistics, necessary permits, arrangements with crematory, clergy, memorial service, death notices, obituaries, assistance with forms, register book and acknowledgement cards. PUBLIC AID SERVICE
This is a one (1) day service with a 1 hour visitation before the funeral service that is only available Monday thru Friday. This includes basic services of funeral director and staff, transfer of deceased to funeral home within 25 miles, embalming, preparation of the deceased, transportation of deceased to cemetery and staff at cemetery. The standard casket for this service by the state of Illinois is the gray, cloth covered unit (24”w). A valid public aid card is required. This does not include other services or cash advances. |

| Forwarding deceased to out-of-town area: This service includes transfer of deceased to funeral home, embalming, basic services of funeral director and staff, dressing, cosmetizing, and motor equipment to the point of transportation.
